McDonalds, McDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken and the pizza hut... from the horrible DJ Ötzi song. Since a few years at least in Germany/Austria you can order via touchscreen. Also now you can simply order via an app. That’s super easy. Despite all the comfort I agree that without the interaction, McD becomes just something random almost. You almost don’t need to interact with anyone there, just pick up your order and you’re done. I’m not going there often. Also too expensive.
