The People of the State of California vs. Orenthal James Simpson. In 1994, after the death of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman Actor and football player, OJ Simpson, was charged with the murder. Unless you’re famous or wealthy, than you can influence the odds to your favor. Wow, that sounds fantastic! Because the little man most of the time cannot even afford to sue. And then the truth is that the truth is not set in stood. You say what I wrote or said was insulting to you but I say that in my opinion it wasn’t. We cannot agree. It depends on what standard a judge / jury applies. There are grey areas and add all the lawyer tactics on top of that.

Interesting episode. Hadn’t really heard about this OJ Simpson guy. A few days ago, Kevin Spacey was found not guilty. That’s the official verdict. Is it the TRUTH? Not necessarily! The thing is we will never know! If something happened, it happened decades ago. Nobody who wasn’t present when maybe something happened or not will ever know the answer. It depends on what or who you believe! The best solution we can come up with is to hope that our legal system does its best job possible.
